broaddaylight, formed in 2005, is James Eakins (guitar, synths, and electronics), Henry Bennett (guitar) and Sarah Eakins (vocals).
Inspired by artists Robin Guthrie, Brian Eno, Robert Smith, and Slowdive, they set to work on their debut ep the bell jar (independent release, 2005) looking to create a vertical colored world of sound.
